Russian Ruble is the basic unit of currency of Russia. The currency ISO code of Russian Ruble is RUB.

Since February 1st, 2005, Russian Ruble is pegged to a weighted basket of currencies. Since February nineth, 2007, this basket includes 45% of euro and 55% of the US dollar.

The exchange rate published in Multidevises is determined by the Central Bank of Russia in accordance with the interbank market the day before.
