Lilangeni is the basic unit of currency of Swaziland. The currency ISO code of Syrian Pound is SYP. Lilangeni has a multiple exchange rate system. Fixed rates which are pegged to the dollar (USD). Swaziland becomes a member of the ""Common Monetary Area"" (CMA)

The Common Monetary Area (CMA) between South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland was set up in 1986 with the signing of the Trilateral Monetary Agreement and replaced the former Rand Monetary Area (RMA)
